Delivery Questions
Our minimum order is £100, with a delivery charge of £9.50. We offer free (mainland UK) delivery on orders over £250. We try to dispatch all orders placed (and paid for) by midday the same day, though this is not 100% guaranteed. All (UK mainland) orders are sent using a DPD next day delivery service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from DPD containing your tracking information and delivery options (safe place, arrange alternative address etc)
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Scilly Isles, Minimum order is £100. There is a £20 delivery charge on all orders under £350. Please note; for any orders posted outside of the UK, customers will be responsible for any import taxes and duties.
Delivery outside of the UK, Ireland & Channel Islands will be calculated on an order by order basis dependant on size, weight & value. Please contact us before making payment so we can adjust your invoice as necessary.
Pricing & Packaging Questions
All the prices shown on our website & in your shopping basket exclude VAT – VAT is calculated & added at checkout. Please bear in mind that our order minimums also exclude VAT, so to qualify for free mainland UK delivery you need to spend £200 ex VAT. We don’t set RRPs, but most of our customers set their prices at 2.5/3 x the trade price. If you require any further information regarding our Terms & Conditions please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re trying to make our deliveries as environmentally friendly as we can: Our packing pellets are 100% biodegradable, All of our boxes and paper tape are recyclable & any bubble wrap in your box has been repurposed from one of our incoming shipments. We know there is more we can do and we are working with our suppliers to implement further changes moving forward
Account Questions
To qualify for exclusivity, we ask that you place a carriage paid order at least once a season (every 6 months). This ensures that we can protect your area by keeping you on our current stockist list – which we check every time a new customer registers/places an order. If you do not meet this threshold, please be aware that we may allow someone else in your area to stock Suzie Blue. If you move premises please let the office know as soon as possible, so that we can add the details to your customer record & advise whether you are able to stock Suzie Blue there.
We ask that all damages and discrepancies be reported by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery. For any damages, please email a photo sales@suzieblue.com – this often negates the need to return the faulty item(s). As we are a trade only company, we will either replace damaged/faulty items or make a note on our system so that we can credit you against your next order (to save raising additional paperwork).
